We'll Set Up Your AI Portfolio Agent in 48 Hours — Here's What You Need to Send Us
Most guides that explain how to add AI to your portfolio assume you're comfortable with code, APIs, and configuration dashboards.
This one doesn't.
If you want a persona agent on your portfolio — one that talks about your work, answers availability questions, and surfaces links to your projects — you don't have to set it up yourself. Send us four things and we'll have it live within 48 hours.
What we build for you
A persona agent is a conversational interface that lives on your portfolio. Visitors can ask it anything about you: what services you offer, what projects you've done, whether you're available, how your process works.
It responds in your voice, surfaces links to your work as clickable cards, and stays on-topic — it knows about you, not everything.
Here's what it looks like in practice:
-
Visitor: "What services do you offer?"
-
Agent: "Daniel does ML consulting, technical writing, and code reviews. Here are his current offerings:" [card grid with links]
-
Visitor: "Are you available for a project starting in June?"
-
Agent: "Yes — Daniel typically takes on 1–2 new clients per month. Reach out at [email] to talk through the project."
The agent is live 24/7. Every time someone lands on your portfolio — whether you're in a meeting, asleep, or on holiday — it's there.
What you need to send us
Four documents. Plain text is fine. No special format required.
1. Your bio
2–4 sentences about who you are, your background, and your specialty. This is what the agent draws on when someone asks "tell me about yourself."
Example:
I'm a UX designer based in Berlin with 8 years of experience in product design for fintech and health apps. I specialize in turning complex workflows into interfaces that don't require a manual. I work with startups and mid-size product teams, usually embedded 3–5 days per week.
2. Your services
A list of what you offer, with a one-line description per service and a link to each (if you have them on your site). The agent uses these links to generate card responses.
Example:
- UX Audit — I review your current product and deliver a prioritized list of friction points and fixes. [yoursite.com/ux-audit]
- Product Design Retainer — Embedded design support, 3 days/week. [yoursite.com/retainer]
- Workshop Facilitation — Half-day design sprints for product teams. [yoursite.com/workshops]
3. Your projects
The 3–5 pieces of work you're most proud of, with a link and a 1-sentence description each. These show up as cards when visitors ask about your portfolio.
Example:
- Redesign of Kinto Health's onboarding flow — reduced drop-off by 34%. [yoursite.com/kinto]
- Fintech dashboard for Northbank — card sorting, prototyping, usability testing. [yoursite.com/northbank]
4. Your availability
A sentence or two on your current status and how people should reach out.
Example:
Available for new projects from June 2026. Best way to reach me is email at hello@yoursite.com or book a call at yoursite.com/call.
